Marwesi "Mo" Woodard

Marwesi joined Midtown Alliance's Public Safety Officer program in 2015. Marwesi has more than seven years of experience in the security field. He is a 10-year military veteran, earning many awards throughout his career. He is a Staff Sergeant in the US Army National Guard, and is presently deployed overseas. He has been previously done tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2007, Marwesi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Correctional Services from Jackson State University and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Troy University. Marwesi believes firmly that hard work pays off in the end.
