Party with the Past is a bimonthly program where Atlanta History Center partners with a historic site or neighborhood to create a free, casual party. Each event provides a behind the scenes look at Atlanta’s rich history and encourages young professionals to explore the past. We believe that by breaking down barriers between historic spaces and the public, we can help create a community connected by a shared understanding of our city and each other.

On Thursday, February 27th, from 6:30-9:30 pm ET, join us for our first Party with the Past of the year as we head down to Center for Puppetry Arts! Located inside the old Spring Street School building, Center for Puppetry Arts has been a valuable resource to the Atlanta performing arts community for almost 50 years.

Join us as we explore the largest puppetry museum in the country and learn more about the craft! Entry is free, registration is encouraged. Alcohol will be sold onsite.
