Join Serena Pastificio on Tuesday, May 7th for a guided culinary journey with hostesses Amelia Rauzin and Alessandra Leon as we explore Orin Swift wines with carefully crafted pairings. Guests will be greeted with a special welcome beverage and passed appetizers upon arrival. Tickets are $195 per person (price is inclusive of tax and 20% gratuity). *Must be 21 or older.

MANNEQUIN CHARDONNAY
paired with linguini of crab, roasted cauliflower puree, pancetta, lemon gremolata, beurre noisette

SLANDER PINOT NOIR
paired with quail, pomegranate syrup glaze, espresso jus, fermented strawberry salsa

MACHETE RED BLEND
paired with bone-in short rib, confit wild mushroom, potato cream, dark chocolate demi, chive

PAPILLON BORDEAUX BLEND
paired with gorgonzola dolce cheesecake, butter cracker crust, brandied cherry sauce
