Know which song has been sampled more than any other? Does your keen ear pick up on samples embedded in songs while you’re grooving to the tunes? Want to learn more about how samples are used in music? Join us for Name That Sample with sound engineer Travis Yeargans. During this head-bopping trivia session, Travis will test our ears and our music recognition skills as he challenges us to name that sample!
WHEN:
6:00 PM - Doors open; you may use this time to visit our current exhibition, Close to the Edge: The Birth of Hip-Hop Architecture.
6:30 PM - Name that sample kicks off!
