Join Midtown Alliance x MODA as City Council member Amir Farokhi leads a discussion about the Midtown Studio Residency.

This program — launched in 2021 — makes space for arts entrepreneurs to bring their practices and businesses to Midtown. It also supports the local arts economy and provides opportunities to share new talent with the Midtown audience.

The current cohort of artists-in-residence includes:
- Demetri Burke
- Darya Fard
- Sayma Hossain
- Kelly Taylor Mitchell
- Masud Olufani
- Deanna Sirlin
- Kristan Woolford

Each of these artists was awarded free studio space for a year, a stipend, and an opportunity to showcase their work and expand their professional networks.

Join us as we get to know Midtown Alliance’s second cohort of Artists, learning about their work and accomplishments. You’ll also hear from Midtown Alliance about how this program enhances street life and gives Midtowners access to more arts and creativity.
