Join Chef Pat Pascarella in the Epicurean Theatre as he walks through the art of making traditional Italian Gnocchi during a 3-course Italian wine dinner! In this interactive class, participants will learn the methods behind kneading the dough, tips to perfecting the ridges, and how to pair with other ingredients for a completed dish! In addition to the 3 courses of Gnocchi, guests will enjoy 4 wine tastings expertly paired and presented by Kelly Cornett of A Cork in the Road. During the month of October, proceeds from Epicurean Theatre October event ticket sales will benefit Giving Kitchen’s Dining with Gratitude campaign to help raise crucial funds for food service workers in crisis!
