July 8th is National Video Game Day, and we’re offering free admission all day!

MODA’s current exhibition, Level Up: Pixels, Play, & Progress, looks at the ways in which video games inspire change, challenge norms, and shape our collective consciousness. Through a variety of independent games ranging in plot, difficulty, and art style, we are exploring the power of storytelling and how gaming can strengthen our empathy for others while making the world a better place.

We might be biased, but we believe everyone should have the opportunity to play these games, immersing themselves in the beautiful worlds and exciting stories of many different characters. And that’s why we’re inviting you to celebrate National Video Game Day with a trip to the museum on us!
