On Tuesday, February 7 from 6-8 p.m., Epicurean Atlanta and Taste of Atlanta will host “For the Love of Chocolate: A Savory & Sweet Dinner Event” at the Epicurean Theatre. During this chef demonstration & tasting dinner event, guests are invited to think outside the pastry counter when it comes to chocolate & discover this versatile and complex ingredient can be so much more than just dessert! Take your chocoholic status to the next level & learn how to incorporate cocoa into both sweet and savory dishes. Popular Atlanta chefs will provide delicious chocolate-infused courses that will each be paired with adult beverage by Diageo. During this interactive 3-course cooking demonstration, guests will develop a new appreciation for all things chocolate and be inspired to try it in new and inventive dishes.
