Explore the two most amazing parts of music—rhythm and melody! They have to work together in harmony to create the pulses that make you want to move to the beat and the sweet, flowing tunes that fill your heart.

Hear how this all comes together when your orchestra performs such works as:
John Williams’ “Marion’s Theme” from Raiders of the Lost Ark has beautiful, soaring melodies
Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet is a romantic piece that blends powerful music and a strong beat.

This program is designed for children under 12, but fun for the whole family.
Arrive early to enjoy face painting, lobby performances, arts & crafts and more.
