The much-anticipated national touring production of the Tony Award-winning musical "Hamilton," which will touch down in around 15 U.S. cities in 2024, has arrived for a month-long run at the Fox Theatre in Midtown Atlanta.
Demand to see the show, chronicling the story of one of America’s founding fathers with a hip-hop soundtrack, reached a fever pitch in Atlanta in 2018 when it debuted here and again in 2021, the most recent year the production came through town.
For the 2024 tour, Atlanta - and specifically The Fox - stands virtually alone in the Southeast: the next closest venue that will host the show this year is three hours away in Columbia, South Carolina before the cast heads to South Florida.
