Terry joined the Midtown Blue team in 2017 and is part of the regular patrol detail in the Midtown Improvement District. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Alcorn State University and also possesses a Master of Science degree in Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix.
