Kristian McClendon
Kristian is the Midtown Blue day shift leader, directing the work of Public Safety Officers daily to ensure they are properly trained, educated, and have the equipment needed to do their jobs. She's also in charge of training new officers, drawing on eight years of experience within the security field. Recognizing a need to gather and centralize disconnected resources to combat homelessness, Kristian started the Midtown Blue Homeless Outreach program in 2017 to connect people experiencing homelessness with resources that can permanently get them off the street. Kristian proudly served eight years in the United States Army as a Transportation Officer. She holds a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice & Public Safety from Auburn University Montgomery.
