Jessica Breslin

Administrative Director

Jessica joined Midtown Alliance in 2023. She leads internal operations and collaborates across departments to strengthen organizational infrastructure in service of our mission. Jessica manages engagement with our Board of Trustees, supporting strategic alignment and communication at the leadership level. In 2024, Jessica launched Young Professionals of Midtown (YPM), a dynamic network designed to cultivate the next generation of civic-minded leaders and deepen community ties among emerging and mid-career professionals who live or work in Midtown.

Jessica’s approach to urban excellence and community development stems from her passion for mission-centric work. She brings more than a decade of experience in organizational development and nonprofit leadership with an expertise in building strong internal systems, effective teams, and inclusive cultures.

Prior to living in Atlanta, Jessica spent nine years in Washington, DC, where she led communications for a national criminal justice reform organization, mobilized young leaders at the intersection of faith and public policy, and served as executive director for two nonprofits. Most recently, she was Chief of Staff at The Purple Method, where she supported initiatives to help corporate partners create safer, more equitable workplaces.

Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from Hope College (Holland, MI) and lives in Atlanta with her family. In her free time you can find her enjoying the city’s parks, fostering dogs through LifeLine Animal Project, and testing new vegan recipes - usually while listening to Taylor Swift.
