Ansley Whipple
Ansley Whipple is a native Atlantan and was most recently the Woodruff Park Program Manager with the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, where she developed and implemented programming and creative placemaking as well as oversaw operations at the six-acre park in the heart of downtown Atlanta, GA. She has extensive experience as a public space manager, social impact designer, strategist, communications expert, storyteller, researcher, and fundraiser. Ansley received a MA in the History of Design and Curatorial Studies from Parsons The New School for Design and a BS in Industrial Design from Georgia Institute of Technology. Previous positions include: Assistant Executive Director of the Brooklyn Fashion + Design Accelerator at Pratt Institute, Foundation Programs Director at Worldstudio, Assistant Director of Exhibitions at AIGA/NY, and Director of Operations at the Museum of Design Atlanta.
