Piedmont Park's most popular fitness class is back! This 1.5 hour strength building, core sculpting, heart pumping pool workout is perfect for the summer! Be prepared for for a circuit-training, total-body class for the first 45 minutes of class (wear tennis shoes). Please bring swimwear for the second half of class.

Takes place at the Piedmont Park Aquatic Center

8:30am to 10:00am **1.5 HOUR CLASS!!**
