Short Rib – braised, spring vegetable ragu & jus

Insalata Italiana – lettuce mix, fresh herbs tomato, sun-dried tomato, artichoke, Cerignola olive, pepperoncini, sunflower seed, ricotta salata & sherry vinaigrette  

Maitake – mushroom confit, arugula salsa verde& pecorino 

Costolette Di Manzo – prime rib, fennel jus & mustard crema 

Panna Cotta – vanilla, strawberry & aged balsamic
