Epicurean Atlanta is hosting “Chef Henry’s Test Kitchen: Featuring Aerial Kitchen & Bar,” a tantalizing seven-course tasting event in anticipation of the May reopening of Aerial Kitchen & Bar, the hotel’s seasonal rooftop hot spot. The evening event will take guests on a unique culinary journey, as Executive Chef Henry Tapia showcases select items from the new Aerial Kitchen & Bar menu. The meticulously crafted multi-course meal will be enhanced by a series of craft cocktails and premium tequilas, courtesy of Beverage Manager Brian White. Tickets are just $75 per person and are available online.
The seven-course tasting menu will be a symphony of flavors offering a sneak peek of Aerial Kitchen & Bar favorites, including Loaded Tostones, Yucca Fries, Tlacoyos de Asada, Ensalada Fresca, Taco de Calabaza, Chicken Tinga Tacos, and Shrimp Tacos. The menu will also showcase two incredible cocktails – the Paloma Elevada and Mezcal Negroni and two Mexican wines – L.A. Cetto Chardonnay and L.A. Cetto Cabernet Sauvignon.
