It’s time to say cheese. please! Join us in the Epicurean Theatre for a chef-driven menu featuring cheeses with our friends at Sweet Grass Dairy from Thomasville, Georgia. Whether you like it sharp or creamy, nutty or buttery, salty or smoky, we invite you to tantalize your cheesy taste buds with us for a multi-course dinner, with wine pairings from Stoller Family Estate.

Mallory Sofferin with Sweet Grass Dairy, will take you through the sweet history of the farm and the delicate process on how they make their delicious cheeses while also giving you the details on all the flavors you enjoy.
