Join the City of Atlanta and Midtown Alliance as we open Peachtree Street for people! Atlanta Streets Alive is a FREE open street "block party" on Peachtree Street - from 15th Street south to Downtown. Get ready to experience your community in a safer, healthier, more livable way. The family-friendly event promotes healthy living and physical activity, as well as community building and supporting the local economy.
Attendees can enjoy the open street route by biking, strolling, skating, or just people-watching. There will be free activities along the route and vending from Midtown businesses located along the route.
Here's what we have planned for June 16:
🛍️ Artisan market curated by GVG Events at the 12th Street Lot
🍔 Punk Foodie pop-up chefs at 10th Street Park: Gourmet Street Food, Smokey Mango, YOM Ice Cream
🍺 Beverages for sale at 10th Street Park
🎺 Seed & Feed Marching Abominable, Atlanta's wildest community marching band, outside the Fox Theatre
Spring/Summer 2024 event dates on these Sundays from 1-5pm:

Atlanta Streets Alive is a rain or shine outdoor event. Motor vehicles will be able to cross Peachtree Street at APD-monitored traffic crossings. Consider biking, walking, or riding MARTA to the event.
